Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RasadAI ("Service", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind the organization you represent. By accepting these Terms on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to do so.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at security@rasadai.com of any unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to harass, defame, threaten, or impersonate others.
  • Use automated responses to deceive users into believing they are interacting with humans (all comments deployed via the Service are posted from real human-owned accounts and represent the brand's authorized voice).
  • Reverse-engineer, scrape, or attempt to bypass our rate limits or security controls.
  • Use the Service to monitor accounts or content you have no legitimate brand interest in.
  • Violate any third-party platform's terms (X/Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube, etc.) when using the Service to interact with those platforms.
  • Use the Service in a way that violates any law or regulation.

4. Subscription, Billing, and Cancellation

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Pricing is described on our pricing page and may change with 30 days' notice.

5. Intellectual Property

We retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, designs, and content we create. You retain ownership of your data, your brand assets, and any content you provide to the Service. By providing content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to host, process, and display that content solely to provide the Service to you.

6. AI-Generated Content

The Service uses AI to draft suggested responses, classifications, and analyses. You're responsible for reviewing AI output before approval and deployment. We do not warrant that AI output is accurate, appropriate, or fit for a particular purpose. You are solely responsible for any content posted on your behalf via the Service.

7. Third-Party Platforms

The Service interfaces with third-party platforms (e.g. Slack, Telegram, Discord, Microsoft Teams, X/Twitter, Instagram, Reddit, YouTube). We are not responsible for those platforms' availability, terms, pricing, or actions. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted Service. We may perform maintenance, deploy updates, or modify features at any time. We are not liable for downtime caused by force majeure, third-party providers, or actions outside our reasonable control.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if your use of the Service poses a risk to us or other users. You may terminate your account at any time. Upon termination, we will delete your data per our Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE GREATER OF (a) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR (b) USD $100. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your breach of these Terms, your content, or your misuse of the Service.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles. Disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of London, England, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-product notice at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
